By patronising Shop In My Wardrobe, you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions as may be updated from time to time. Shop In My Wardrobe reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
♥ Placing Orders
I reserve the right to not accept orders from whom I am not comfortable with at my sole discretion.
NO PAYMENT = NO ORDERS
Please pay before spree closes. Else, your orders will not be taken in.
All orders without confirmation / payment / payment reference number will NOT be accepted and unconfirmed payments will not be refunded, so please wait for my confirmation before transferring any payment.
Orders will be serviced on a first paid first served basis. Once orders are placed and confirmed, the item(s) will be updated to <Pending> status and will be held for 48 hours. Should non-payment occur, I will post your details on my blacklist and the item(s) will go on to the next interested buyer.
♥ Wrapping of Packages
All items will be enclosed securely and handled with care before it is mailed out in a sealed envelop with my return address printed at the back of the package or envelop.
If you would like your package to be bubble wrapped, please inform us in your order email and do note that it is at your own additional expense.
♥ Mailing of Packages
Items are usually mailed out on Mondays. Please try to make your payment before Thursday so that there is sufficient time to check and wrap all items before mailing out.
Should you opt for normal postage, I will not be held responsible for damaged or missing items. Registered postage is highly recommended, so please do opt for registered mail to ensure enhanced security if you wish to play safe.
In the event that something goes wrong, I will help to try and resolve the issue but I offer no promises. If that is the case, then you will have to accept the items AS IS.
Emails will be sent when items are mailed out.
♥ Calculations
Please kindly calculate the total amount correctly and do NOT round down the value as no refunds will be done if you calculate wrongly. If your paid amount does not tally with the confirmed total order's payment amount, your order will be CANCELLED and payment will NOT be refunded.
Calculations are stated very clearly upfront and it's a hassle to do refunds just because you don't calculate carefully, so please do cooperate. =) Thank you!
♥ Postage / Collection / Meet-ups
Meet-ups (AMK Hub) or Self-collections (Serangoon North Ave 1) are available solely at my convenience and discretion.
All items will be sent via Regular Post if not stated, but Registered Post is highly recommended.
♥ Others
I reserve all rights to cancel the order, reject orders and change terms and conditions without any prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds will be made promptly and emails will be sent to notify involved parties.
Updates will be done via email and / or on this website.
